He has taught in the dental Implant programme in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and also the Graduate Dental Diploma Course conducted by the postgraduate dental school in the NUS. |

| Clinical Appointments Dr Fan had started and runs the first ever Dental Oral Cancer Clinic (more) in Singapore. He helped to run the Dental Implant Clinic and the Orthognathic Clinic in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, NUHS. He was appointed as a visiting consultant in the Department of Surgery in Tan Tock Seng Hospital managing the major maxillofacial trauma. |

| Clinical Expertise As an OMF surgeon managing primary treatment of oral cancer, he carries out full cancer resection, neck dissection and microvascular reconstructive surgery. He works as a tertiary centre surgeon and receives referrals from colleagues in Singapore and regionally including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia. He also runs an active dental implant and orthognathic practice with referrals from dentists, doctors and surgical colleagues in Singapore and regionally. |
